Hello and welcome to my Blog. I am Giuliano, executive chef at Dolce Amore Café and Kitchen Kabaret Caterers. Initially, I was rather hesitant to have a blog as my passion is fine cuisine, not writing blog posts. But, after much encouragement from my family, friends, and restaurant patrons, I realized that having a blog would allow me to “speak” with many customers at once.
